I am obsessed with Mexican food!! Like for real obsessed. I could eat it for every meal, every day. Most of the time my friends and family, (esp my boyfriend) do not want Mexican every time we go out. Weird I know.
SO I'm sharing my favorite places to get Mexican food around downtown Indy that are not Mexican restaurants. That way Mexican lovers like me can still get their fix and your dinning partner can too! My go-to's are always nachos and sometimes quesadillas, but mostly nachos and tacos.
What are your non-Mexican restaurant favorites?
Bru Burger: BBQ Nachos with Chicken. These are my absolute favorite! They are covered in white queso and so much delicious-ness!
Chatham Tap: Nachos with Chicken. These are sooooo good! They come with a homemade guacamole/hummus mix that gives the nachos a unique and tasty twist!
Lockerbie Pub: Quesadilla with Chicken. This may look like your everyday quesadilla but it super good, esp for the price! ($6 bucks including chips and salsa)
The Tap: Firecracker Shrimp Tacos. Loved these! Their homemade salsa is so good too. They have quite a variety of tacos and I want to try them all! (A lot of fish taco options.)
Chilly Water Brewing Company: Chicken Quesadilla. (I started eating this before I remembered to take a picture :( I was hungry!) OMG this is so one of my favorite quesadillas. It was so full of flavor and their salsa is really good! Highly recommend it paired with their beers!
